Congratulations to Dr. Starks for being selected as a faculty Arts and Social Justice Fellow at Emory University. Dr. Starks, paired with two other Fellows, will examine the overdiagnosis of conduct and behavior disorders in BIPOC youth and the school to prison pipeline.
