Ronna Kiluvia, MSN, MBA, RN, is a second-year Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student at The Ohio State University, in Columbus, OH. Upon graduation, Ms. Kiluvia plans to provide mental health and substance use disorders treatment to underserved populations and to collaborate with local organizations on efforts to destigmatize mental illness.
Ms. Kiluvia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing Cum Laude in 2019. She began her nursing career working on an adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit and later transitioned to an adult inpatient unit caring primarily for patients with severe mental illness.
Ms. Kiluvia has dedicated her career to caring for individuals and families in crisis. Prior to becoming a nurse, she provided case management services to children and their families with the child welfare system and also worked as a service coordinator supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve self-determination and skills in self-advocacy.
She is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), and the Ohio Nurses Association (ONA).
