Tristan S. Reed, MSN, MHA, MBA, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated her career to serving populations with unmet needs throughout Northeast Ohio. She provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care across community mental health settings, emphasizing clinical excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to health care for all.
Reed earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ashford University, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Health Administration from South University, and a second MSN with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practice (PMHNP) from the University of Akron.
With over a decade of experience in psychiatry and healthcare leadership, Reed’s multidisciplinary background in nursing, business, and health administration informs her mission to improve access, engagement, and outcomes for individuals with mental health needs. Her professional work integrates systems-level improvement with a passion for culturally responsive and community-centered care. Reed is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and continues to advocate for workforce inclusivity, organizational excellence, and access to mental health care within community-based systems.
Reed is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) research project at Kent State University, which focuses on the impact of patient provider selection on retention and outcomes in outpatient community mental health settings.
