She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University.

Bryant's doctoral interests center on improving access to mental health and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals with substance misuse disorders, with a focus on policy solutions that expand care delivery and reduce stigma within communities with unmet behavioral health needs.

As a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Bryant has experience providing comprehensive primary and behavioral healthcare across diverse settings, including addiction treatment programs, outpatient services, and community-based care. She has supported patients in recovery through individualized care planning, chronic disease management, counseling, and coordination with interdisciplinary treatment teams. In addition, she serves as a clinical instructor at the undergraduate level, helping prepare future nurses for evidence-based and compassionate practice.

A strong advocate for substance misuse disorder recovery, harm-reduction initiatives, and inclusive mental health access, Bryant is committed to advancing innovative care models that better support patients and families affected by addiction. Her long-term goals include practicing as a board-certified PMHNP, expanding MAT access through telehealth and community partnerships, and contributing to the psychiatric nursing workforce through teaching, leadership, and health policy engagement.
