Beal’s mission includes bridging research, practice, and advocacy in advancing mental health inclusivity. Through her participation in the Minority Fellowship Program, she seeks to strengthen her capacity to influence behavioral health systems, mentor emerging nurse leaders, and shape evidence-based policies that promote inclusive, compassionate models of care for communities with the greatest behavioral health needs.
