Eunice Adu, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) candidate at Northern Kentucky University, pursuing advanced training in psychiatric mental health nursing. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and eight years of honorable service in the U.S. Navy, she is deeply committed to improving access to inclusive mental health services for communities with unmet behavioral health needs.
Adu's clinical focus centers on supporting individuals across the lifespan who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse.
Adu’s scholarly and professional interests include immigrant and women veterans mental health, with particular attention to the unique psychological challenges faced by pregnant servicewomen and immigrant veterans. She has also served communities with unmet needs globally including in Ghana, Jamaica, and the U.S. Virgin Islands through outreach and mission work. Her work integrates clinical excellence, faith, and advocacy to promote whole-person wellness and build stronger, more inclusive communities.
