Eboni Quick

RN, BSN , Masters (Current)

Eboni Quick, RN, BSN, is a second-year graduate student in the Master of Science in Nursing program at Cleveland State University’s School of Nursing, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Her academic focus centers on delivering psychiatric mental health care across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on supporting women experiencing complex mental health challenges throughout the reproductive years. Upon completion of her degree, she plans to specialize in Reproductive Psychiatry, dedicating her practice to caring for women from preconception through perimenopause, with a specific focus on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders.

Quick brings over 14 years of nursing experience in women’s health, including roles in high-risk obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, and her current position as a Women’s Health Nurse Navigator. Through this work, she has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that limited access to mental health services can have on women and their families. These experiences have shaped her commitment to becoming a PMHNP in order to provide trauma-informed, compassionate psychiatric care and to help address critical gaps in mental health support.

Women’s mental health remains central to Quick’s professional mission. She is deeply committed to addressing mental healthcare gaps in communities with unmet needs, and to fostering safe, stigma-free environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to seek care.

Looking ahead, Quick aims to expand access to mental health services through community outreach, education, and collaborative partnerships, while also contributing to policy initiatives and professional training efforts that enhance the recognition and treatment of mental health needs.
