As a first-generation Haitian American who grew up with family members with mental health issues, she possesses a profound and personal connection to the population she currently serves. Her unique background and dedication to underrepresented populations position her as a future leader and advocate, dedicated to the cause of mental health equity for all.
Prior to embarking on her PMHNP, she made significant contributions in the field of psychiatric nursing at Woodmont Hospital. In this capacity, she gained extensive exposure to the intricacies of mental health care for both adults and adolescents, providing her with invaluable insights into the distinctive challenges encountered by patients and their families.
